Fighting food insecurity during coronavirus outbreak

Community partners tell Empowering Everyday Women Ministries that there is an increased need and demand for food but a very limited and rapidly decreasing supply. You can help us make a difference.

As coronavirus spreads, there are empty shelves at food banks, pantries and soup kitchens that give food to those in need.  This means vulnerable communities are most at risk for hunger and food insecurity due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and we can’t stand idly by and let it happen. With your donations Empowering Everyday Women is doing its part to feed hungry families and support local food banks that are lacking support and food supplies.

Our Plus One™ Campaign reminds those who are blessed with a little extra to care for your family plus one other family during this global pandemic. You can easily do this by donating and joining us in following the biblical command found in Luke 3:11 that says, “If you have food, share it with someone else.”

Donations made to our 501c3 nonprofit organization in March and April will go specifically toward helping fight hunger in vulnerable communities. Join our Plus One™ Campaign today simply by making a donation right here at EmpoweringEverydayWomen.org.

Stay safe and be generous. The Lord will reward your giving.
